Step 1: Free Survey
Our expert team comes to your venue for detailed measurement. At this stage:
- Ground structure and durability are checked
- Wind direction and intensity are analyzed
- Architectural compatibility is evaluated
- Customer requests are heard
Step 2: Project and Quotation
A 3D project drawing is prepared based on survey data. The appropriate model, glass thickness, and profile color are determined, and a detailed price quotation is presented.
Step 3: Production
The production process begins after approval:
- Tempered glass cutting and shaping (7-10 business days)
- Aluminum profile preparation and painting
- LED system assembly (if applicable)
- Quality control tests
Step 4: Assembly
Our professional assembly team performs the installation:
- Ground preparation and determining anchor points
- Aluminum profile installation
- Glass panel placement
- Gasket and silicone application
- LED connections (if applicable)
- Final check and testing
Step 5: Delivery and Warranty
After installation is complete, detailed usage and maintenance information is provided. All our systems are covered by a 2-year warranty.
Installation Duration
Installation duration varies depending on the project size:
- Small terrace (10-20m²): 1 day
- Medium terrace (20-50m²): 1-2 days
- Large area (50m²+): 2-3 days
